Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to sell you a robot kit and get it to your door. We don't sell your data, and we don't collect data from children.

When you place an order, our payment processor Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your full card number.

When you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers.

To fulfill orders, send receipts and shipping updates, answer support requests, and meet our legal obligations (like tax records). That's it. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we only send marketing email if you ask for it.

Our robots are built by kids, but our store is for adults. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases must be made by an adult.

We use Shopify for payments (see Shopify's privacy policy) and Vercel to host this site. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@myelinrobotics.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law; the same email is the way to exercise them.
