Shipping & returns

US shipping is free on every order. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment the label is created. We don't ship internationally yet.

You have 30 days from delivery to return a kit for a full refund — even if it's been built and taken apart again. Robots are meant to be assembled; a built kit is not a used kit.

To start a return, email contact@myelinrobotics.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the kit arriving back at our shop.

If anything arrives broken or the box is missing a part, don't return the whole kit — email us and we'll ship the replacement part free, usually the same week.
